None of the two teams promised to win
with ease against one another as both figured in a tight contest throughout the
fixture. Fernando Torres opened scoring for Chelsea on the sixth minute but
Willian equalized three minutes later.
Up-and-coming Brazilian star Oscar
scored from 45 yards to give Chelsea the lead shortly before half time. Willian
completed his brace with another equalizer two minutes into the second half.
Victor Moses broke the deadlock with a late injury-time winner.
